Printers have a 30-day return period from the moment they arrive. If functionally defective, drop us a email with different images of the problem or videos. First, we will attempt check the issue. Once we have checked the problem and are not able to fix it, you will either be received a replacement or full refund.
To qualify for a return the printer needs to be returned in its original packaging, in like-new condition including all accessories. Unless the defect was caused by us, return shipping will not be paid and is on the customer. Refunds are processed 5-10 business days after inspection of the product in our warehouses. This policy does not cover physical damage from customer error, misuse, spilled liquids or tampering.
